Strengthen safety awareness and build a solid safety line of defense

In order to effectively enhance employees' fire safety awareness and improve their emergency response capabilities, our company organized annual fire safety training. This training adopts a combination of "theoretical explanation + practical drill", focusing on fire prevention, escape and self-rescue, use of fire equipment and emergency response processes, and has achieved remarkable results. The training situation is summarized as follows:

1. Comprehensive training content and strengthen fire protection awareness

This training is divided into two major modules: theoretical study and practical drills. The fire chief combined with typical fire cases in recent years to deeply analyze factory fire hazards (such as electrical short circuits, accumulation of flammable materials, illegal operations, etc.), and systematically explains the knowledge of fire extinguisher classification, fire hydrant operation, and key points of evacuation and escape. Through interactive Q&A, video teaching and other methods, ensure that employees master the "four understandings and four understandings" (understand fire hazards, preventive measures, fire extinguishing methods, and escape skills; be able to call the police, extinguish fires, escape, and use fire-fighting equipment).

2. Practical drills to improve emergency response capabilities

During the practical operation, the trainees were grouped to conduct practical fire extinguishers, fire hose connection, emergency evacuation and other drills. Focus on strengthening the following skills:

Fire extinguisher use: Employees operate dry powder fire extinguishers one by one to extinguish the simulated fire source, correcting common errors such as "the injection distance is too far" and "the root of the flame is not aligned".

Emergency evacuation: Simulate a sudden fire in the workshop, and employees quickly evacuate to the safe area according to the scheduled route. The whole journey takes [20 minutes].

This training has effectively improved the fire prevention and control capabilities of employees and laid a solid foundation for factory production safety. In the future, we will aim to "zero fire" as our goal, implement fire safety management on a regular basis, and build a solid corporate safety line.
